good faith estimates for the position. Salary Range: $81,765 -
$86,558 | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses):

Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACT) in providing
comprehensive, integrated care to adults living with mental
illness, substance use disorder, and associated medical conditions.
Team services are provided where and when clients need them—in
their homes, at work, and in other community settings. Team members
stay in close contact with clients to help them recover and to
respond quickly with more services and supports if circumstances
change. The Mental Health Therapist is a fully integrated member of
the team and provides individual therapy, performs diagnostic
assessments, and guides the coordination of services. The Therapist
also supports the Team Lead and Psychiatrist in educating the team
on evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Specific Care, Exposure
Therapy, and Wellness Management and Recovery. This position also
provides opportunities to build and practice leadership skills in
collaboration with the Team Lead. Provide Individual Therapy as
assigned. Utilize crisis assessment tools for suicidal and
aggressive behavior. Work with the team to provide ACT services for
clients, assume primary responsibility for developing, writing,
implementing, evaluating and revising overall treatment goals and
plans in collaboration with the client and the treatment team.
Assist in the development of comprehensive assessments,
individualized treatment plans, substance abuse treatment, and
other tools necessary to assist clients in the community. Assist
clients with all aspects of psychiatric rehabilitation and all
aspects of obtaining and maintaining housing. Will assist and /or
teach clients independent living skills such as cooking, shopping,
cleaning, personal hygiene, transportation, and budgeting. Will
assist clients with making and keeping appointments and any other
tasks that are required through the client’s recovery process. Work
with the vocational counselor to encourage competitive employment
and assist in fostering positive work skills for clients. Attend
commitment and other court hearings as required. Complete required
court reports. File reports with Vulnerable Adult, Child
Protection, the Ombudsman’s Office, and other mandated/required
reports when applicable. Take the lead in assessing, planning and
treating substance abuse for assigned clients both individually and
in groups. Actively and assertively engage and reach out to
clients’ family members/significant others, including landlords and
employers after obtaining client permission. Perform shift
management duties according to established policies and procedures.
Provide on-call crisis consultation to evening and weekend staff on
a rotating schedule. Available for weekend and holiday duties on a
rotating schedule. Attend and participate in all scheduled team
meetings. Must transport clients in the community. Complete all
paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an
organized manner. Participate actively in on-going professional
growth and development; maintain appropriate professional behavior
and participate in appropriate supervision. Requirements Master's
Degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field. Working towards or
or as a Mental Health Professional, maintaining an LICSW, LP, LPCC,
or LMFT license. 2,000 hours supervised experience working with
