member of our team, youll be the face of the CSC Sports brand on
the field, at events, and everywhere in between. Youll help shape
the future of our leagues, bring positive vibes to every game, and
make sure players walk away saying, That was the best part of my
day. On The Field Coordinate and support nightly sports Develop and
coach referees and coordinators Maintain positive relationships
with players Off the Field Check and prepare sports locations
Organize and distribute sports equipment Provide feedback in order
to improve player experience Prerequisites Previous Sports Playing,
Officiating, or Coaching Experience College Degree preferred, but
not required with relevant experience About You Get it done mindset
High Energy Never met a stranger Necessities Extensive Familiarity
with Minneapolis-St. Paul and its surrounding areas Ability to
stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 40 lbs Reliable
Transportation and Clean Driving Record Reliable Smartphone and
Computer Working Schedule Primarily Sunday thru Thursday Daytime
varies Generally at or supporting our programs until their
conclusion each night (1000P - 1100P) Working schedules can
fluctuate week to week based on season and league needs Benefits
