Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) opportunity is available
for the 25/26 academic year within a school setting located in
Chaska, MN. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of
approximately 40 students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
The position will cover services at two school sites, providing a
dynamic and enriching professional experience. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to
K-12 students, supporting their developmental and educational
goals. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment
plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within
educational frameworks. Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary
approaches for student success. Qualifications: Current
Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) credential. Experience
working in school settings preferred. Ability to manage a K-12
caseload independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
