Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
to join our dedicated team. This role involves working closely with
other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
tailored to the unique needs of our patients. As a LPN at Good
Samaritan Health Center, you will have the opportunity to enhance
your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment while making a
significant impact on the lives of our patients. Provide basic
nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs
and medical information. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and observe reactions. Assist with patient hygiene,
feeding, and other basic care. Educate patients and their families
on health conditions and home care needs. Collaborate with the
healthcare team to create and evaluate customized care plans.
Ensure the healthcare environment is safe and supportive for all
patients. Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent patient care
and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team.
Good organizational skills. Adaptability in fast-paced
environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required.
