Schedule: Weekends Only (Every or Every Other Weekend) Pay: $42 - $46 per visit. Mileage reimbursement between clients! This COTA role is perfect for clinicians seeking rewarding work with flexibility and purpose. Duties Implement mobility and fine motor skill exercises guided by the patient’s care plan. Engage patients in activities that promote independence in daily routines. Accurately document all treatments and results in the patient EMR. Report all observations to the OT for timely care coordination. Skills Minnesota COTA License. Strong time management and interpersonal skills. Home health familiarity is a plus.
