TEAM!Schedule:--Hours are primarily Monday - Friday from 8:00 am -
4:30 pm but will require some alternative hours for meetings and/or
to meet the needs of the individuals served. Program Managers may
need to work evenings and weekends as needed to help with direct
care coverage. This position includes on-call.Wage: $54,080 to
$59,280 Annual Salary ($26.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on
experience)What do we do?Provide supervision, mentorship, and
coaching to staff.Take responsibility for management and oversight
of specific individual programs.Provide assistance and support to
individuals served with developmental or intellectual

do we need from you?Must be 18 years of age or olderMust meet one
the 245D Designated Coordinator Requirements:(1) a baccalaureate
degree in a field related to human services, and one year of
full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons
with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;(2) an associate
degree in a field related to human services, and two years of
full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons
with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;(3) a diploma in a
field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary
institution and three years of full-time work experience providing
direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65
and older; or(4) a minimum of 50 hours of education and training
related to human services and disabilities; and(5) four years of
full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons
with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision
of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in
clauses (1) to (3).Experience as a leader/supervisor of staff,
particularly in the healthcare field.Must pass the MN Department of
Human Services Background StudyMust pass a driving record check
conducted by our insurance carrier, with valid US driver's
