Description: The Berkshire of Burnsville prestigious townhome
community located conveniently off 35 E, with close access to the
35 W in Burnsville is seeking a Maintenance
Technician/Groundskeeper. Full Time M-F 9 am - 5 pm Must Provide
Own Tools Pay $25-$30 per hour depending on experience. On Call
Rotation for evening and weekends required. Benefits Include:

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and
take charge of installing, monitoring, and maintaining on-premises
equipment. In this role, you’ll tackle daily, weekly, and monthly
maintenance tasks while contributing to long-term strategies that
keep our property in top shape. What You’ll Do: Respond to service
requests promptly and ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance, including HVAC
start-up/shut-down, seasonal upkeep, and routine building checks.
Maintain property grounds, interiors, and common areas to ensure
safety and functionality. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing,
electrical, and HVAC systems. Communicate effectively with property
management and document all work. Maintain pools, including
cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment repairs. What We’re
Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous,
professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic repair knowledge and experience with tools and equipment.
Familiarity with pool systems and chemical treatments.
Requirements: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At
least 1 year of experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
repairs. Ability to obtain a Boiler License within 6 months of
employment. Must pass a background check. Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in
confined spaces and varying seasonal conditions. Compensation
