Commercial Real Estate and Family Law. Messerli Kramer is seeking a
highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal
team as a Banking & Finance Legal Administrative Assistant. This is

experience. In this role, you will work alongside two other legal
assistants in a team-based support model, collectively providing
assistance to five attorneys within the practice group. LOCATION:
Downtown Minneapolis office (50 S. Sixth Street Suite 2300
Minneapolis, MN 55402) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting the
attorneys in preparing correspondence, loan documents, signature
pages and making closing transcripts and other transactional
matters. Editing, assembling and filing documents electronically.
Maintaining open/active client files both in electronic and
physical formats in accordance with firm standards. Managing and
organizing legal department databases and systems, including
document management systems, and maintaining client files and
contact information. Assisting with managing attorneys' calendars,
scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and tracking
deadlines Tracking and recording the time spent by attorneys and
other legal professionals on various tasks and activities, and
ensuring that the invoices are accurate, detailed, and comply with
client billing guidelines. Review and edit proformas (attorney
billing) monthly as assigned. Performing administrative duties,
including coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense
reports, and managing other related tasks as required. POSITION
EXPECTATIONS Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills. Ability to work with and take direction from
multiple individuals, as well as the ability to work independently.
Strong commitment to (internal/external) client service. Excellent
organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills with a high level of attention to detail. Problem-solver
with the ability to be flexible and use sound judgment, multi-task,
prioritize and deliver accurate work product within multiple and
competing deadlines. Enthusiastic and friendly with the
demonstrated ability to work with people at various levels within
and outside of the Firm. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
3 years of legal administrative experience in transactional work
(Banking & Finance/Real Estate/Corporate) preferred. Minimum of
high school graduation (business school or related professional
legal administrative degree preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite. Strong proficiency with Kofax and/or Adobe PDF
platforms. Strong proficiency with Sharefile. Proven ability to
manage multiple calendars. Experience with Time & Billing System.
LMS (Surepoint) knowledge helpful. COMPANY BENEFITS Comprehensive

Bonus Information Base compensation will vary based on level of
experience. Hourly compensation range $30.00-$47.00 depending on
level of experience. Legal Administrative Assistants are also
eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and
